Cancellation policy

Your plans have changed? Here is our cancelation policy:

• Up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refund
• 7 to 30 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund

This policy is fair for both sides — it gives guests planning security while protecting us from last-minute cancellations.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to be covered in case of illness or emergency.
