Terms & Conditions

1. Conclusion of Contract

A binding rental agreement is created when the booking is made via Smoobu, email, or phone. The booking will be confirmed in writing.

2. Payment

The full rental amount must be paid within 7 days after booking.

If payment is not received on time, the booking may be cancelled by the host.

3. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM

Check-out: until 10:00 AM

4. Maximum Occupancy

Maximum of 5 guests. Overoccupancy is not permitted.

5. Pets

Pets are allowed. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their animals.

6. Non-smoking Property

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

7. No Parties

Parties or events are not allowed.

8. House Rules

The house rules are part of this agreement and must be followed.

9. Damages

All damages must be reported immediately. Guests are liable for any damages they cause.

10. Cancellation Policy

• Up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refund

• 7 to 30 days before arrival: 50% refund

• Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund

11. Cancellation by the Host

The host may cancel the agreement in cases of force majeure or if guests violate the Terms & Conditions or house rules. Any payments made will be refunded.

12. Data Protection

Personal data will be used solely for booking purposes and will not be shared, except where legally required (e.g. registration forms).
